 Hire Charges for the Hall

There are three sessions available:-

Morning     am  -  1pm

Afternoon  1pm - 6pm

Evenings  6pm onwards

Main Hall   £60    Meeting Room   £30  Weston Room £poa

Generous discounts available for Filleigh Parishioners, Charities. Repeat Bookings etc.

     Events with a licensed bar are required to pay a premium of £25.
A premium will apply for full kitchen use, this will be dependant on the expected number of people being catered for*.
All party bookings will be asked to pay a returnable 'no damage and good order' bond of £100.

 Examples of charges (for a quote please phone/email as indicated above).

    Outside Rate Filleigh Parish or
  1)  Wedding Hire, using the premises from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening.  Now includes use of the Weston Room. Price on application to the Booking Secretary  
  2) The whole hall for an evening dance or party with catering and a bar.  £140.00 - £215.00 £95.00 - £160.00
  3) The main hall for a Saturday children's party.  £60.00 £30.00
  4) The meeting room for an evening. £30.00 £15.00

*Please note that the charge for Weddings includes the premium for the use of the kitchen facilities. These include a commercial dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwaves, 3 domestic electric/gas cookers, large wine bottle cooler and good quality matching tableware for 200 covers.
